DIY Christmas Winter Wreath

Updated: Mar 24

I stepped up my game this year and created a modern and fresh Christmas wreath for my new house porch. Unlike the ones I bought from a department store in the past, this wreath is truly unique.

The willow wreath and a variety of the faux pine branches came from JoAnn's. Some of the faux pine came from a local floral shop called Schroth Flower Mill. I had a variety of pinecones leftover from other projects, some snow covered, some plain.

The snowy artificial pine needles I found on Amazon. They really add contrast to the greenery to bring the wreath to life.

I love eucalyptus, so I add a few sprigs to add another texture to the wreath, those were found on Amazon as well. I like the variety of pine greenery for better composition and depth.

You will need a good wire snips to cut your artificial flowers especially if they are really thick. You can see in the videos that I really had to work at it to get them to snap off on some.

Check out the videos below to see how I put it altogether!!
